Since 2007, I have been exploring and creating artistic depictions of underground spaces. My interests extend beyond interiors to include structures, design methods, and the history of construction. From 2012-2013, I worked in the Moscow Department of Urban Planning, where I had legal access to subway construction sites for more in-depth research. Since 2018, I have been an employee of the Museum of Modern Fortification Bunker-703, located at a depth of 42 meters in a former declassified storage of secret documents, where I was responsible for exhibition design and event organization.
"Soviet Secret Bunkers" book

In 2021, historian Dmitry Yurkov created a book that provides the most complete description of the history of Soviet fortification in the 1930s-1960s. All the information in it is collected from archival sources (more than 500 documents from 11 archives). The most significant objects were reconstructed based on archival descriptions, on the basis of which I created detailed illustrations.
Opening illustrations of each chapter depict buildings and underground structures that correspond to the historical periods described in the book.
